My parents live in Apline Utah and we were in town when their local fair was taking place. It was fun to see my neices participate in the parade (Amanda in the blue leotard and Heather in the soccer shirt with glasses), all the local vendors, and floats made by small buisness, families, and churches during the parade. My dad being the kid at heart was jumping and racing after the floats in search of the toy or specific candy the grandkids were wanting, while my mom was making sure Thea stayed out of the way of moving vehicles. My dad is in the cowboy hat and mom in the blue shirt in the pictures. Between our two kids we hauled in more candy than on Halloween (and we get a ridiculous amount at Halloween).
