The best thing about Halloween in Arizona is that we have the best weather. The kids get to show off their costumes instead of hiding them under coats. Tyler was Jack Sparrow and Thea was a witch this year. 
The year was started off with the Fall carnival at the kids school. There was dinner, trunk-or-treating, games, petting zoo, and dancing. Tyler was off the hang out with his friends while Thea and I did some bonding together. 
The best part was the dancing. Both our kids have this amazing sense of movement. They just let it all shake, wiggle, and swing on the dance floor for all the see!
The following weekend our neighborhood had its annual block party. But of course the best off all is the actually day which fell on a Friday, so it made for a let night of candy and fun. We had a BBQ with neighbors outside and passed out candy from our driveways.
